Refund & Exchange Policy
THE original basket boutique is dedicated to quality product delivery. Each gift is made upon order receipt. Please be aware that in some cases substitutions of equal or greater value might be made. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns unless in the case of damaged or defective products. We must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement of the damaged item. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, we are unable to cancel the order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to an order, we will make every effort to assist, however please know we ship or deliver a gift within 24 business hours of the order receipt.
